How does a trick-or-treater spin the wheel?
Use a wireless mouse to spin the wheel. We recommend a wireless mouse with 2.4 GHz technology because it will have a longer range than Bluetooth.

How do I customize the wheel with my own video?
Name your video file "hallowheel.mp4" and copy it to the same folder as the Hallowheel program.

Why isn't my video playing?
Your MP4 file must be compressed using the H.264 video codec.

What is included with my purchase?
Hallowheel includes the software only (available for Windows and Mac). We do not include a mouse, projector, or any video files.
